Government agencies, government offices and companies know: paper is not just patient but quite often also fills lots of pages and therefore requires lots of space. Because even in the day and age of the Internet, papers, files and documents in paper form are indispensable. That is why they leave the time and cost consuming archiving that ties up staff and quite often requires renting a lot of space to us.
